हर disruption का debtor तय करें। Original EK flight cancellation के बाद partner replacement late हुआ तो दो events बन सकते हैं। Ticket refund issuer संभाल सकता है, fixed payment operating carrier से जुड़ता है और baggage में successive carriers के rules relevant हो सकते हैं। एक generic group inbox को सारी मांग भेजने से precise answer नहीं मिलता।
