Half reduction की जांच: original amount, offered alternative, actual arrival और applicable maximum delay को चार cells में रखें। Emirates ने जल्दी departure कराया लेकिन destination पर सीमा पार हुई तो reduction नहीं मानें। Cancellation और delay के facts अलग हो सकते हैं, पर final timing वही साबित करेगी। Passenger ने alternative reject किया तो उसका कारण और comparable nature record करें।
Passenger ledger रखें। नाम, ticket status, fare condition और claimed band की row बनाएं। बच्चों के लिए seat और fare proof जोड़ें। Expenses ledger में payee, receipt और currency conversion date अलग रखें। Fixed euro amount को INR में मांगने पर conversion request स्पष्ट करें। Calculation transparent हो तो airline partial figure देकर बाकी claim को अस्पष्ट नहीं कर सकती।
