Pricing
ClaimWinger pricing: success fee only
Effective from 6 December 2025. No upfront fees, no hidden charges, and a fee only from successfully recovered compensation.
ClaimWinger charges 30% of the compensation recovered from the airline, plus VAT where applicable.
For EU consumers where Polish VAT applies, the gross fee is 36.9%. For non-EU consumers and business clients, Polish VAT may not apply after individual status verification.
If compensation is not recovered, the passenger pays nothing.
No win, no fee
Even if court action is needed and the case is unsuccessful, ClaimWinger bears the procedural costs connected with the claim.

Partial payouts and unusual situations
The airline pays less than requested
The success fee is calculated only on the amount actually recovered, not on the amount originally claimed.
The airline refunds only the ticket
A ticket refund belongs to the passenger. ClaimWinger does not charge a success fee on a refund if no compensation is recovered.
The case settles with the airline
If the passenger accepts a settlement, the success fee is calculated on the settlement amount actually paid.
